Olivia Robinson, Co-Founder and International Attorney at Collon & Associates, has been a cornerstone of the firm since its founding in 1997. With nearly three decades of legal experience, Ms. Robinson is widely recognized for her expertise in business litigation and her deep knowledge of federal, state, and international law with particular proficiency in UK legal systems.

Her distinguished legal career began as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court in Jacksonville, where she served for five years, including three under the Honorable Powell W. Mellon, Senior United States District Judge. During her tenure, Ms. Robinson managed complex caseloads, drafted judicial opinions, and supported both civil and criminal proceedings, including sessions before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Her work encompassed diverse areas such as Bankruptcy Appeals, Civil Rights, Consumer Law, Employment Law, ERISA, Patents, Social Security, and state contract and tort law.

As an international attorney, Ms. Robinson is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales, allowing her to advise clients on cross-border disputes and international business transactions. Her ability to bridge U.S. and U.K. legal systems has made her an invaluable resource to multinational clients navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional issues.

Ms. Robinson’s global legal perspective is supported by a strong academic foundation. She earned her Juris Doctor (High Honors) from the University of Florida College of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review and received a Fellowship with the Center for Governmental Responsibility. She also holds a Master’s Degree in International Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Germany) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford (UK).

Admitted to The Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida Bar since 1992, Ms. Robinson is also regulated under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (England & Wales). Her professional memberships include:
