Gyandoh Asmah specialises in banking and project finance.

Mr. Gyando Asma is the firm’s Consultant in Practice Management and Compliances. He brings with him over 17 years of Legal management experience. He is also a Law Society authorized Lexcel consultant dealing with all levels of legal management and compliance.

Mr. Gyando is a director of his own business providing management consultancy services for small and medium size law firms. He previously taught in open university, worked for the NHS commissioned health projects involving pioneering sexual health/HIV prevention research reported on two occasions by the BBC 1 News.

He was also a business & strategy director for an AR/VR technology company in Finland. Mr. Gyando holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Sociology/medical Anthropology which he acquired from two Universities in Finland.

Education

Mr. Gyandoh earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, a consistently top 20 ranked law school. Prior to law school, Mr. Gyandoh earned both a bachelors and master’s degree in criminology.

During law school Mr. Gyandoh clerked for a federal magistrate judge in the Southern District of Illinois, where he worked on civil rights cases. He also spent his time participating in moot court competitions and was a member of Washington University’s national mediation team. At law school, Mr. Gyandoh was published by the American Bar Association and was awarded the top grade in numerous classes.
